You need a reason!

img_20190127_113656_2124384893135003621077.jpgThis right here is the biggest influence and reason why I decided 10 months ago to kick start my life again and become a healthier, fitter and stronger (mentally and physically) version of myself 👩💪

My family needs me to love, care and support them….but I also need to love, care and support myself 🤗

Something that never comes easy to a Mum as our whole world resolves around what our children need.

I wanted to be able to cope with the disturbed nights and not be an ogre in the morning 🕘🌝

Keep up with the demands of school runs, swimming lessons and play dates without flaking at the end of the day and having nothing left for my husband 🏊‍♀️

Feel energised to run around the park on a Sunday afternoon instead of just staying in as “it had been a long week” 🏃‍♀️

Have something to do for JUST ME that made a difference 💪

I could go on but I think you get my drift…..

Take a moment to reflect on what it is that makes YOU want to be the best you can be and really think about why and how you can implement some changes (even if only small to begin with) 👍
